• Masks are currently optional - if you feel more comfortable wearing one throughout your appointment feel free to do so.

• If you prefer to wait in your car instead of the waiting area, we ask that you text us when you have arrived so we can let you know when to come in for your appointment.

• If you have had close contact with an individual infected with COVID-19 and are currently or have experienced a fever, cough, runny nose or shortness of breath within the last 7 days please let us know so we can reschedule you for a future date.​
